I'm in the process of writing a script that aggregates user reviews for protein powders and lists the top ones. I already wrote one for the best protein bars.

Thought you might find it interesting if nothing else.Tonyhttp://alluserreviews.com/protein-barsnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4353628224502333487.post-32388008176881757702011-03-04T08:13:38.401-05:002011-03-04T08:13:38.401-05:00Troy,

I have, however, had stomach issues that sound kinda like yours when I tried some Slimfast or products like it in the past.

It could be your body reacting to something that is specifically in that one brand, or it could be that you have some kind of reaction to Whey. The only way to find out is try other brands. Maybe you could stop by a store like GNC and see if they have samples?

Good luck!Tim Wilsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09172993341866649612noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4353628224502333487.post-4619146663708122362011-03-03T15:10:32.380-05:002011-03-03T15:10:32.380-05:00I haven't tried many and have wondered about t...I haven't tried many and have wondered about the importance of supplements. For me it has been a tough choice to decide if they are worth spending the money on.

Nice to find someone that has tried several. Have you ever had stomach aches from them? I tried some from Weider and had a terrible reaction; twice.
Whey Protein and my stomache pain

I'm curious if you've run into similar problems. I'm not too anxious to try other protein supplements if this is how my body is going to react to them.

Any suggestions?TroyPhttp://cubedwellerfitness.comnoreply@blogger.com
